And here’s a fun fact: Momentum is led by Raza Awan, who not only brings years of Pilates and movement teaching experience but also happens to be a sports medicine doctor. He first discovered Pilates while rehabbing his own knee injury and has been integrating it into his work with athletes ever since. Raza’s classes are approachable, engaging, and designed to help you connect the dots between smart training and everyday performance.
