About the Role
As our Client Care + Sales Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face and the calm, capable heart of our studio. You’ll create exceptional experiences for our clients while supporting daily studio operations, assisting with sales, and ensuring our space reflects the care and professionalism our brand is known for.
This role blends hospitality, sales, administration, and light cleaning duties, but above all, it’s about making every client feel seen, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
Greet every client with warmth and genuine enthusiasm.
Build meaningful relationships by learning client names, stories, and goals.
Anticipate client needs and ensure a seamless, supportive experience from arrival to departure.
Handle bookings, payments, and inquiries with accuracy and care.
Maintain communication with clients via phone, email, and our app, ensuring they always feel informed and appreciated.
Sales & Relationship Building
Engage in authentic conversations to support clients in reaching their goals through memberships, renewals, and programs.
Help clients visualize their long-term wellness journey with us.
Generate referrals during specific promotions.
Educate clients with confidence and sincerity, sales through genuine connection, not pressure.
Administrative & Studio Support
Manage front desk systems (Momence) for class check-ins, payments, and schedule changes.
Support operational tasks like organizing materials, maintaining inventory, and assisting with studio communications.
Help prepare promotional materials and coordinate special events or workshops.
Studio Care
Keep the studio, reception, and bathroom areas organized, clean and pristine.

Requirements
Availability for evenings, weekends, and Monday mornings (required).
1–3 years of client service, hospitality, or sales experience (fitness/wellness preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using booking and POS systems (Momence experience is a plus).

You’ll help keep the studio running smoothly with light cleaning and tidying tasks, and contribute to the positive, welcoming energy that makes Mindful Movement Centre special. This role is perfect for anyone who loves movement, community, and being part of a warm, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Keep the studio clean, calm, and ready for clients (light tidying, towel folding, organizing).
Support the team with simple tasks that help the day flow smoothly.
