Kerry Heming is a certified Pilates, Barre and Yoga Instructor. She has high energy and a bright spirit which she weaves into all aspects of her job and her life. Her joyous personality especially shines through in her fun + uplifting classes.
Kerry’s classes are focused, upbeat, challenging and fun – and you are guaranteed to feel the burn! She loves pushing her students a little bit further each and every week, taking them to the next level of their practice.
She believes that one of the keys to fitness and overall well-being is developing a regular practice of functional movement to improve body awareness both on and off the mat.
Taking a holistic approach, you’ll work your entire body from head-to-toe and will experience a few shakes and quakes along the way as you challenge your body to strengthen, align and open up.
Through her personal practice, Kerry has found Pilates to be the most effective forms of exercise to transform the body’s shape and structure while creating a strong mind-body connection. Kerry understands the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle and strives to help her students become the healthiest version of themselves.
