Mom and Baby Course

A unique class designed for both Mommy and Baby to get stronger together while having FUN! Exercises are taught to strength the mother’s weaken abdominals/pelvic floor areas, and stretch new tighter areas/muscles, while playing with baby. Baby’s motor development will also be enhanced with specific movement patterns necessary for baby normal growth, specifically TUMMY TIME. The class is best for pre crawlers, baby carriers required for some exercises. Instructed by Dr. Darlene Buan-Basit, an experienced chiropractor/Pilates/Yoga teacher with a special interest in pediatrics!
