Welcome to the Mindful Movement Centre! We would love to have you join our community and we offer plenty of options for students new to the studio. Our teachers are some of the most highly trained in the city so rest assured you will be in good hands whether you are looking to attend group classes or one on one private sessions.
We suggest all new students begin with a one on one session. In this private session you will receive a detailed assessment and an informed recommendation on what classes will be best suited to you. For clients who have prior experience attending mat and reformer classes, we still recommend a few one on one sessions.
3 Private Sessions
(regular price $100 per session)
Class Registration & Sizes
Our class sizes are limited to six clients per Reformer class and sixteen clients per Pilates Mat or Yoga class. Due to our small class sizes we require pre-registration and the easiest way to do this is online.
You may cancel your registration with no penalty as long as it is done six hours before the beginning of class any mat class, and twelve hours before any reformer class. If you cancel within the six or twelve hour window of the start of class you will be charged one session from the series package.
New Student Pricing
We offer various packages so you can get the most out of your first experience at the studio. Once you have finished your new student package, you can then look at our different pricing options.
These prices are for your first visit to the studio, and are still available to you if you choose to do the initial private session. We highly recommend the 30 Day Pass that includes 4 mat classes + 4 reformer classes for $135. With this pass you will get to attend a variety of classes with different teachers so you can decide which classes suit you best.

To enhance your visit at the studio, please note the following:
Complete your new student registration form here.
On your first visit arrive 10 – 15 minutes before class so you can get a feel for the studio.
On subsequent visits arrive at least 5 minutes before your class or appointment.
Take your shoes off at the bottom of the stairs.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
Socks are welcome for Pilates and Reformer Classes.
You can expect to build up internal heat during the classes as you begin to move.*
You do not need to bring a yoga mat or any other props, unless you prefer to practice on your own mat.
We have filtered water for your refreshment.
A small change room is provided if you prefer to bring a change of clothes with you.
