Pop-Up Pilates Classes Continue Through June & July!

At Mindful Movement Centre, our pop-up Pilates classes—taught by talented teacher trainees—will continue throughout June and July. These are a wonderful opportunity to experience high-quality instruction, support our next generation of teachers, and explore new approaches to movement.

Whether you're a regular or brand new to the studio, these classes offer an accessible and affordable way to enjoy reformer classes in Toronto. Each session is guided by a teacher-in-training who is working toward certification through our Pilates teacher training program, under the supervision of senior instructors.

These classes are:
