We’re excited to announce that our new fall Pilates schedule is officially live! You’ll see many of your favourite teachers and classes back on the schedule, alongside some new faces and offerings to keep your practice feeling inspired and fresh.

Our Toronto Pilates classes continue to include the group reformer sessions you know and love—led by our experienced and supportive teachers. Whether you’re working on strength, alignment, or simply carving out time to breathe and move, you’ll find familiar formats and times to fit your lifestyle. Plus, a few new teachers are joining us this season, bringing their unique perspectives and energy to the studio.

Two Exciting New Classes

We’re especially thrilled to introduce two new reformer Pilates classes this fall:

🌿 Stretch Reformer
Take time to slow down and open up your body with guided stretches and gentle mobility exercises. Using the Pilates Reformer for support and resistance, this class is designed to increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and help you leave feeling refreshed and balanced.

⚡ Momentum Reformer (for Athletes)
Built with athletes in mind, this class blends Pilates precision with sports science to boost performance and prevent injury. With a focus on runners but open to athletes of all kinds, you’ll build mobility, stability, and resilience through smart cross-training strategies that directly support your sport.
