She loves Pilates for being a mindful practice that encourages people to connect to their bodies through movement. She enjoys the detail and focus of Pilates not only as a way to challenge the body athletically, but also as a way to encourage correct movement patterns and to help with injury prevention and recovery.
She is inspired to help people move with more ease and alignment, and to challenge them to become stronger than they ever thought possible.
When she’s not hanging upside down on the Pilates Cadillac you can find her lifting weights at the gym or chilling out on her yoga mat.
