MAT TRAINING

Curriculum & Program Requirements (140hrs)

The program consists of 4 weekend seminars and a progressive monthly schedule that includes:

  • Seminars by resident and special guest teachers

  • 50hrs in-class over 4 weekends    

  • 30hrs attending studio mat classes

  • 10hrs Observation

  • 20hrs Practice Teaching

  • 20hrs Personal Study/Review

  • 2 Private pilates sessions with a MMC master teacher 

  • Written Test

  • Practical Evaluation 

  • Pre Requisite - Mindful Movement Functional Anatomy course or equivalent.

Weekend 3: March 10 & 11
Weekend 4: April 7 & 8

Fall 2018 Schedule

Weekend 1: September 29 & 30
Weekend 2: October 13 & 24
Weekend 3: October 27 & 28
Weekend 4: November 17 & 18

TIMES:
Saturdays 1:00pm - 7:30pm
Sundays 10:30am - 4:30pm

MMC Unlimited Mat Class Pass

Included in the price of the training is a three month unlimited mat class pass. Students must attend a minimum of 30 mat classes during the training.  

Students enrolled in the training program also receive a 15% discount on all private sessions and reformer classes for the duration of the training.
