

Our qualified, certified professional instructors will provide weekly Yoga or Pilates mat classes held in your facility.
The classes can take place at any hour that is convenient for your organization. Common requests for times are: early morning, during the lunch period or immediately after work. The classes are typically one hour long.
If you have a potential space(s) to use for the class, an appointment can be arranged to survey the room to assess if it is appropriate for our purposes. Most private or semi private spaces are found to be sufficient- conference rooms or lunchrooms are ideal.
Mindful Movement Centre will provide release forms for the class participants to sign as well as the equipment for the class.
Since Pilates and Yoga is non- impact and has tremendous health and stress reduction benefits, your employees should experience the results immediately and they will return to work rejuvenated and refreshed.
We will provide you with a customized promotional flier with details on the class for you to send to your employees to promote the classes. One of our main objectives is to make it as easy as possible for you to consider and offer this class for your employees.
We strive to make our program affordable for your company and/or your employees. Payments can be arranged either straight from the employer or divided among the participants in the class.
